I was in the parking lot and signed in on the app, which showed 0 minutes wait time. I signed in and walked into the store and there was suddenly a 15 minute wait time, even though no one entered before me. After about 15 minutes the "stylist" hurries in and gives me a bad haircut, smelling of cigarettes. I'll let it grow out a bit and go to a place more professional.

Poor hair cut. Cut too short. Told this was a two months growth and cut off about a month. I guess she did not understand. I will not be back to this sports clips
